Will my clothing items shrink?
Yes, they will shrink if the washing and drying instructions are not followed.
How long does it take for my items to be shipped?
It usually takes 7 - 9 days for items to arrive, unless there are issues with the shipping carrier. (Then it could take longer) Some items can be expressed shipped, but a phone number is required, and not every item can be expressed shipped.
Will I receive an email confirmation about my order?
Yes, and email will be sent, to confirm what was ordered and to track.
What areas do you ship too?
Currently items can only be shipped to Canada and the United States.
